District of Somerset West and Taunton Parish of Bickenhall Temporary Closure of Bickenhall Lane
Somerset County Council in exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Bickenhall Lane for a distance of 1868 metres.
This Order will enable Barden Network Engineering to install fibre cable on behalf of BT Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 8 April 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 18th April 2021 and last until 30th April 2021 between the hours of (08:00 -18:00) for a total of 13 days.
