Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Take notice that an application has been made by Taunton School Educational Charity Limited, Taunton School, Staplegrove Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 6AD whose relevant licensable activities are:
Provision of regulated entertainment, to include plays, films (indoors), indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description;
Provision of entertainment facilities for making music, dancing and entertainment of a similar description;
Provision of late night refreshment; Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.
To vary the premises licence by: We have created a new dining room at Taunton School to be used as a function room at the School.
We wish to vary the plan to incorporate the new dining room within the licensed area. To the following licensing authority Somerset West and Taunton Council, PO Box 866, Taunton, TA1 9GS

 where the record of the application may be inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority by 29 June 2021.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application to vary a premises licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale.
