THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020
1. On the 22nd June 2021 The Vale of Glamorgan Council In exercise of Its powers under Sections 32, 33 & 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers made an Order the general effect of which is as described below:

2. The Order will come into operation on 28th June 2021 or on the dates that the signs and road markings are in place and be known as the "Vale of Glamorgan Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 2020"

3. A copy of the Order and plans showing the affected area may be seen at the address shown below during normal office hours.

4. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of the same or that any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from the 28th June 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The following Traffic Regulation Order is to be amended as follows:
Vale of Glamorgan Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Order 2013
SCHEDULE
The following Car Parks shall be removed from Schedule 2 (free Parking Places) and inserted in Schedule 1 (Payment Parking Places)
Town Hall Car Park Cowbridge Wyndham Street Car Park Barry
In addition, the following Car Parks shall be inserted in Schedule 1 (Payment Car Parks)
Cosmeston Country Park Porthkerry Country Park

1. Ar 22 Mehefin 2021, gwnaeth Cyngor Bro Morgannwg wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Adrannau 32, 33 a 35 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill Orchymyn y bydd ei effaith gyffredinol fel y disgrifir isod:

2. Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 28 Mehefin 2021 neu ar y dyddiadau y noda'r arwyddion a'r marciau ffordd ac fe'i gelwir yn "Orchymyn Gyngor Bro Morgannwg (Mannau Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) (Gorfodi Sifil) (Diwygiad) 2020"

3. Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a'r cynlluniau'n dangos yr ardaloedd yr effeithir arnynt yn y cyfeiriad isod yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol.

4. Os ydych am gwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu'r darpariaethau yno ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan y Ddeddf uchod neu ar y sail bod unrhyw ofyniad o'r un fath neu na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw offeryn a wnaed o dano, mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch o fewn chwe wythnos i 28 Mehefin 2021 wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

Yn ogystal, caiff y meysydd parcio canlynol eu gosod yn Atodlen 1 (Meysydd Parcio a Thai)
