Temporary Closure of Tylers Lane, Fitzhead Road & Hoccombe Road
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Tylers Lane, Fitzhead Road & Hoccombe Road for a total distance of 2053 metres.
This Order will enable Barden Network Engineering to carry out phased works to install new fibre cabling on behalf of BT Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 29th July 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The works are expected to commence on 2nd August 2021 until 6th August 2021 between the hours of (08:00 -18:00) for a total of 5 days. Please visit
