Temporary Closure of The Holloway and Langford Budville Road Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: The Holloway - from the junction with Chitterwell Bridge Road to the junction with Farthing Down; and Langford Budville Road - from the junction with Farthing Down, northwards for 71 metres. A total distance of 400 metres.

This Order will enable Barden Network to carry out works to install new fibre cabling on behalf of BT. The Order becomes effective on 12th August 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 16th August 2021 and last until 20th August 2021 between the hours of (08:00 -18:00) for a total of 5 days. Please visit
