Temporary Closure of Silver Street, Taunton
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Silver Street - from the junction with Hurdle Way to the junction with Mansfield Road for a total distance of 114 metres.
This Order will enable Jurassic Fibre Ltd to carry out fibre cabling works.
The Order becomes effective on 6 January 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 15th January 2022 and last until 16th January 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 2 days. Please visit
