Temporary Closure of Albemarle Road, Taunton
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Albemarle Road - from the junction with A3038 Station Road, north westwards for a total distance of 15 metres.
This Order will enable Sunbelt Rentals to access an underground structure on behalf of BT Openreach for a new customer connection. The Order becomes effective on 30th December 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 5th January 2022 and last until 6th January 2022 between the hours of 20:00 - 06:00 for a total of 10 hours.
