That length of footpath HMA 4 that runs from a point at OSGR SP1857/2299 northeast of Heath Hill Farm in a northerly then a north easterly direction for 702 metres to a point at OSGR SP1876/2362 and of undefined width.

PART 2 Description of new path. A length of footpath that runs from OSGR SP1860/2265 in a north north easterly direction for 313 metres to a point at OSGR SP1877/2290 with a width of 3 metres. A length of footpath that runs from OSGR SP1877/2290 in a north easterly then a north westerly direction for 1,054 metres to a point at OSGR SP1876/2362 with a width of 3 metres.

Please Note: The order is made in the interests of the landowner and will move the footpaths away from the immediate vicinity of land used for breeding thoroughbred racehorses.
