ULEY & NYMPSFIELD PARISHES MODIFICATION ORDER 2021 The above Order made on 16 December 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following length of restricted byway connecting Crawley Mill to Bath Road in Uley & Nympsfield Parishes: A length of restricted byway which commences in the parish of Uley Gloucestershire at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference ("OSGR") ST 7919/9993 at its junction with Crawley Hill (B4066 highway) and runs in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 380 metres to the boundary of Nympsfield Parish at OSGR SO 7949/0017 then continues in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 278 metres to OSGR SO 7971/0034 at its junction with Bath Road (3/262 highway). A copy of the Order and Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and at Stroud District Council, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB. Any representations about or objections to the Orders may be sent in writing to the Asset Data (Highway Records & DMMO) Team Leader, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TH not later than 2 March 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference 573/11/235(4)). If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Gloucestershire County Council instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
