Temporary Closure of Rockwell Green

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Rockwell Green - from the junction with Payton Road to the junction with Oaken Ground. A total distance of 321 metres.
This Order will enable Gigaclear to lay infrastructure for chambers and cabinets. The Order becomes effective on 21st April 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 25th April 2022 and last until 13th May 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 19 days.
