Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Approval of the details appearance, landscaping, layout & scale for 248no. dwellings, community uses/local shop, public open space & green infrastructure, new vehicle access points from Isleport Lane, associated engineering, drainage, landscape & infrastructure works. This proposal is a major development. Application No. 37/22/00032: The Cider House, (Road from Dacing Hill through Woomersdon), Woolmersdon, Bridgwater TA5 2BP. Erection of single storey (SW) extension with alterations internally & externally (part retrospective). This application affects a listed building.

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 19/21/00015: West House Lodge, 23 Broadway, Chilton Polden, Bridgwater TA7 9DR. Crown lift Holm Oak within G3 to a height of 3m. Reduce lateral growth on the eastern side of the canopy by 3m & southern side by 2-2.5m to rebalance tree & alleviate conflict with power cables. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
