Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 37/21/00149: Land At, Holmwood Farm, Spanish Hill, North Newton, Bridgwater TA6 6NB. Variation of Condition 4 of Planning Permission 37/14/00048 (Change of use of land from agricultural to caravan & camping site with 100 pitches & storage for 100 touring caravans/ motorhomes, erection of shower block, site reception building, wardens mobile home & formation of access) to remove occupancy condition & allow all year round tourism use & use of accommodation by Hinkley Point C workers until 31st December 2025. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 35/22/00001: Hill House, Spring Lane, Moorlinch, Bridgwater TA7 9DD. Erection of a two storey extension to the side (West) elevation (revised scheme). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 05/22/00004: Sandyglade Holiday Park, Coast Road, Berrow, Burnham On Sea TA8 2QX. Change of use of building (Dunes) to bar/ restaurant, including the erection of front (South) extension on site of existing (to be demolished) & external side (East) staircase, also with outdoor seating arrangements. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the above applications should do so in writing by 10/05/2022, quoting the application number.
