This site lies within a Conservation Area. Application No. 08/22/00034: 44A Monmouth Street, Bridgwater TA6 5EJ. Proposed alterations to existing roof & elevations. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
