Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:


Application No. 34/22/00004: 23 Church Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater TA7 0NZ. Erection of two storey side (SW) extension, single storey rear (SE) extension & a front (NW) porch. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 36/22/00005: New Stowey Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1JR. Demolition of agricultural buildings & the erection of 4no. dwellings. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 37/22/00025: Carrots Farm Shop, Bridgwater Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA6 6PW. Application for approval of reserved matters following Outline Application 37/21/00009 for appearance, landscaping, layout & scale for 20 dwellings. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 08/22/00041: Land At, Clare Street, Bridgwater TA6. Proposed enhancement of Clare Street, including new street furniture, signage, resurfacing & assocaited works. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building.
Application No. 08/22/00046: 18 Northfield, Bridgwater TA6 7EZ. Erection of front (SW) extension to, & replacement of flat roof with a dual-pitched roof including the raising of the roof height of existing detached garage. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application).
Application No. 08/22/00049: 5-7 East Quay, Bridgwater TA6 5AZ. Subdivision of ground floor to create two separate units, to include new WC facilities. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the above applications should do so in writing by 14/06/2022, quoting the application number.
