SEDGEMOOR DISTRICT COUNCIL
PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND LOCATED AT HIGHBRIDGE RAILWAY STATION, HIGHBRIDGE, SOMERSET TO HALLAM LAND MANAGEMENT LTD TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE BRIDGE, AS PART OF THE BRUE FARM DEVELOPMENT

The Sedgemoor District Council is considering the disposal of a small section of amenity land at Highbridge Railway Station, Highbridge, Somerset which extends to approximately 2,995m2. It is proposed that the land will be transferred to Hallam Land Management Ltd to enable the development of a pedestrian and cycle bridge, as required as part of the Brue Farm development. Under Section 123 Subsection 2A of the 1972 Local Government Act the Council now invites members of the Public who wish to comment or object to the proposal to do so in writing by 5 pm on 26th July 2022.
