Temporary Closure of Footpath T 3/5 (part)

TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Footpaths CH 1/11 for approximately 137 metres from its junction with Heron Drive to gate id 40481. This is to protect the public during construction works to the adjacent care home.

The Order will become effective on 15 August 2022 and will remain in force for six months.
