Licensing Act 2003 Gareth Burton has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for varying a premises licence Section 29 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at: The Nook Bar and Hotel

and propose to carry on the following activities:-Sale of Alcohol, and/or performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description)
Applications are available for public inspection at Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, Commercial Road, Weymouth, DT4 8NG or on
Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 4th November 2016 starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority for 28 continuous days.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
