The following applications have been made to Sedgemoor District
Council. Copies are available for inspection on the Sedgemoor’s
Website – www.sedgemoor.gov.uk/planning, or at the address below
during office hours until 17/04/2018. 9 Castle Street, Nether Stowey,
Bridgwater, TA5 1LN Application No: 36/18/00003 Reduce 1 No. Field
Maple by 30% (height and spread), The tree(s) lie within a Conservation
Area, 1 Castle Street, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1LN Application
No: 36/18/00004 Remove 1 No. Alder, the tree(s) lie within a
Conservation Area, Land to the North of, Park End Road, Broomfield,
Bridgwater. TA5 1AU Application No: 10/18/00004 Change of use of
land from agricultural to commercial to create a dog exercise area. This
proposal is a major development, Flowers Patch, Maunsel Road, North
Newton, Bridgwater, TA7 0BP Application No: 37/18/00027, Conversion
of attic to living accommodation to include raising of roof height, the
installation of 4no. dormer windows & 2no. rooflights & the extension
& conversion of existing conservatory to form a dining room (revised
scheme). This development may affect the setting of a public right of
way (Householder application) NORTHGATE PRIMARY SCHOOL,
Northgate, Bridgwater, Somerset Application No: 08/18/00037,
Erection of 6 No. floodlights to support the use of the existing 3G
artificial sports pitch. This site lies within a Conservation Area.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals
