Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

It is proposed to vary the current licence by:
Altering the start time for sale of alcohol and opening
hours Monday – Sunday from 09 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. and
reducing the end time from midnight to 21:00
To add off sales of alcohol, change the internal layout
and extend the licensed area to include an external
dining area for consumption of alcohol

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction
for the offence is not exceeding 5,000.
