Somerset County Council District of Taunton Deane Parish of West Monkton Temporary 30mph Speed Limit Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February 2019 Somerset County Council made the above order, as previously advertised on the 7* day of February 2019, to introduce a temporary 30mph speed limit on the road specified in the Schedule to this Order.

The Order comes into effect on the 21s1 day of February 2019 and will remain in force for twenty-four months. The works are expected to start on the 4th day of March 2019 for a period of twenty-four months.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Order.

a) Because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or



b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
