Experienced chartered surveyor Sarah Woollacott BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV has joined the team at the Tiverton office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

She will be undertaking general professional work including planning, valuations, and agricultural consultancy work including BPS and Countryside Stewardship.

Sarah has more than 15 years' experience in the industry and is a chartered surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.

She lives with her partner Mark and their daughter Grace on Mark’s family dairy farm near South Molton, where he milks a herd of pedigree Ayreshire cattle on a grazing based system and rears dairy young stock.

“North Devon has always been home for me as I grew up on my parents’ family beef and sheep farm on the northern edge of Exmoor in the Doone Valley,” said Sarah.

Previously Sarah worked for Savills based in their Exeter office doing general professional work and estate management. Prior to that she worked for Devon County Council as an RDPE Development Officer, working with farmers across Devon helping them with grant applications for farm diversification and adding value through the Rural Development Program for England.

Sarah will be working out of the Tiverton office with Graeme Biffen MRICS FAAV, who heads up the rural professional team.
