Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage cyclist collided with a tractor in Studley, Calne in Wiltshire on Saturady, June 27.
A police spokesman said: "At approximately midday, a 17-year-old boy from Chippenham was riding a push bike along the single track road at Hazeland from the direction of Studley towards Bremhill.
"As the cyclist negotiated a left hand bend, he collided with a tractor travelling in the opposite direction.
"The cyclist was airlifted to Southmead Hospital with suspected head and shoulder injuries.
"The driver of the tractor was not injured."
Anyone who witnessed the incident should call 101 and quote log number 119 of June 27.
