DRIVERS damaged posts to access a bridleway in Yetminster, Dorset, with their 4x4 vehicles.
The bridleway was also badly damaged by the vehicles.

A spokesperson for Sherborne Police said: "Posts installed to prevent vehicles using a bridleway at Chetnole Road, Yetminster, have been damaged by persons using 4x4 vehicles.
"The surface of bridleway N31/12 has also been damaged to the extent that it may have to have public right of way access removed to allow the ground to recover."
