A blind and elderly horse had to be rescued from a weir in north Bristol yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, February 23) and this video shows how calmly crews dealt with the situation.
Bruno, 33 years old and blind, ended up in the fast-moving weir, up to his chest in water.
Crews from Bedminster Fire Station calmly rescued him using ropes and last night Bruno was reported to be recovering well from his adventure.
