From Exeter proceed on the A377 towards Crediton for 6 miles. Upon reaching Crediton at the roundabout take the third exit signposted to Tiverton. Continue for 3/4 of a mile and upon reaching the roundabout take the first exit onto the A3072, then immediately take the first right onto Blagdon Terrace signposted to Sandford. Continue for 200 yards and at the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Jockey Hill. Proceed for 1 mile and take a slight left at West Lodge Cross signposted to Newbuildings. Continue for 1 mile, take the first right and continue for 300 yards. At the next T junction, turn right where the property can be found after 50 yards.
