DIRECTIONS

From the centre of Wellington, proceed out of town in a westerly direction and at the traffic lights at Rockwell Green, proceed straight ahead. Take the next left turn into Bagley Road and continue to the end. Upon reaching the A38 turn right and then immediately left towards Pleamore Cross. Continue for 0.25 miles and take the first left towards Wrangway and continue on this road over the M5 and through Wrangway and up the hill.

As the road bears sharp left, turn right and then immediately left towards Culm Davy. Continue for just over one mile and upon reaching Culm Davy take the second turn on the right. Continue along this lane for 250 yards and the entrance gate to the land will be found on the left.
