DIRECTIONS

From the A396 at Bickleigh, on the bridge over the river Exe turn west along the A3072. Continue towards Crediton, ignoring the signs for Cadeleigh. In nearly a mile turn right at Chiltern Gate (Crossroads) beside the Blue Cross centre towards Cadeleigh. Continue on this road to the bottom and the property is the next entrance on the right hand side after passing over the bridge.
