From the M5 motorway (Junction 27) take the North Devon Link Road towards Tiverton. After about 7 miles take the third exit on the A396 towards Bampton and Dulverton at the first roundabout. Take a left hand junction after about 2.5 miles, signposted Stoodleigh, immediately crossing the River Exe. Take the first left sign posted Washfield. Continue for a further 1/2 a mile and turn left, again, sign posted Washfield. Continue for a further 3/4 of a mile and the entrance will be seen on the right hand side after the woodland.
