Take the first exit at the roundabout and proceed through Sampford Peverell. Upon leaving the village, turn right at the crossroads, signposted to Uplowman. At Uplowman turn left at The Redwoods Inn crossroads to head out of the village. Proceed for mile, heading out of the village and after approximately 300 yards turn left and proceed back over the A361. Take the first right and after about 150 yards the property is on the right.
