From Tiverton take the A361 towards Barnstaple. After approximately 4 miles turn right at Stoodleigh Cross. Proceed for 0.9 miles then take a 90 degree left turn (ignoring the road going off to the right). Continue down the hill and after 300 yards turn sharp right signposted to Washfield. Continue for approximately 1 mile before turning left as the lane becomes Pilemoor Lane. After 200 yards, turn left onto Smiths lane. Follow the track and the property is on the right.
