THIS weekend music goers are hoping for sunshine, cider and great music.

Everyone would love to see this scintillating mix at Shepyfest ‘17 which takes place on Saturday, September 2 at Three Bridges, Bradford-on-Tone, Taunton, Somerset. TA4 1ER The festival which is promising something for everyone has a rock solid line up of acts.

Leading the pack will be Hoosiers. The group’s first single “Worried About Ray” reached number 5 on the UK Singles Chart in July 2007. #In October 2007, they released their debut album The Trick to Life, which reached number 1 in the album charts.

The band released their second top ten album The Illusion of Safety on 16 August 2010 and was preceded by the lead single “Choices” which was released on 1 August 2010, it reached the UK Top 20.

The other acts on the bill include The Carnabys; four young men are up and coming and ready to hit the festival scene this year; FILTA will provide a wealth of classic dance and pop tunes and The Leylines described themselves as “Folk-punk for a summer’s afternoon, a sound forged in festivals and bonfires, with fiddle-driven rabble rousers and songs that stir the soul.”

There will also be Ben Maggs who is a contemporary folk singer/songwriter and Hundred Faces who are a Somerset band who play a range of well great songs from the 60’s to the present day.

Tickets for Shepyfest ‘17 cost £20 per adult, £30 adult festival with camping, Children aged 14 and under require 1 free ticket, 1 x camper van admission is £30 per camper van and Camping Ticket is £10 per person.
