IT’S festival time this weekend.

The one day cider and music festival Broadcider will be up and running on Sunday, August 26 in the grounds of Broadway and Horton Cricket Club near Ilminster.

A high quality mixture of local and national acts will be performing from midday until 11pm, with something to suit all tastes.

The highly regarded Sean McGowan will be bringing his full band to headline the festival, preceded by the outstanding talent of ‘one man alt blues explosion’ Funke & The Two Tone Baby.

They will be joined by a strong support bill in the shape of The Surfin’ Birds, Palooka 5, Benny Mayhem, Stevie & The Masquerades, Ollie Dixon and Dirty Blueprint.

Tickets for the day are £15, with discounts for under 18s and under 5s. There is limited camping for tents and camper vans.
