Academy Award winner Eddie Redmayne turned heads in his red tartan suit at the premiere for The Danish Girl.
The actor, 33, has sparked Oscar buzz for his portrayal of transgender artist Lili Elbe in the film which is released on January 1, 2016.
Lili was born Einar Wegener and underwent a series of operations in the early 1930s to become a woman.
Tipped to triumph again, Eddie won an Academy Award earlier this year in February for playing Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
The Danish Girl is set in Copenhagen in the 1920s and co-stars Alicia Vikander as Einar’s wife. See a selection of stars who hit the red carpet in London for the film’s big night.
