ON Sunday, August 20, at 6.30am, I unfortunately had reason to visit the A&E unit at Musgrove Park Hospital.
I was seen by a nurse who, realising my limited mobility due to advanced arthritis in both hips, ensured I was made as comfortable as possible before assessing my injury.
I was treated by this nurse with care, professionalism and expertise in a very friendly manner.
The attention and treatment I received were second to none.
I am sure I would have received the same high level of care from any of the nurses on duty in that unit.
We are very lucky to have this excellent facility and dedicated staff.
