We need to pay more attention to Nature as we build

Please can we raise awareness of the government's new planning and infrastructure bill, which would enable housing developers to build without consideration for nature?

This may well include protected areas as they are hoping to bulldoze through any red tape involved.

I'm sure you'd agree that Somerset has some beautiful protected areas that bring pleasure and joy to tourists, as well as us locals. What is the use of building homes if we destroy the beauty that brings people to settle here?

This bill is nothing more than draconian. I ask that awareness can be raised and the government be held to account.
