THE NEW SANCTUARY
As you are aware the Sanctuary restaurant has been around for many years but with a recent change in ownership it has enjoyed a great revival (check out TripAdvisor), and it is fast becoming the favoured place for lunch, dinner, celebrations and Sunday lunch.
Head Chef, Alan Chilton’s cooking can be best summed up as great ingredients, simply cooked brilliantly. His menus are seasonal and take advantage of the fantastic fresh produce on offer locally. Bernadette Pyle, General Manager, is another great professional and she has really brought great warmth and style to the service.
The upstairs dining room, New Sanctuary, is where you will find the biggest changes with eye catching décor. Along with the new terrace it is hard to think of a better place for a party of up to forty close friends and colleagues. The wine bar downstairs has an excellent reasonably priced new wine list.
