PATTEN Stephen Of Stoke St Gregory, passed peacefully away at home on 24th August 2023, aged 68 years. Loved and missed by his family and all who knew him. The Funeral Service will be held at Stoke St Gregory Parish Church on Tuesday 19th September at 1pm. Donations in memory of Stephen may be given for Stoke St Gregory Primary School and St Margaret's Hospice and sent to the Funeral Directors, Crescent Funeral Services, The Old Coach House, Crescent Park, Taunton, TA1 4ED. I knew Stephen Patten in the 1980’s and ‘90’s when I was working at West Sedgemoor. Stephen was always friendly and good to talk to. He had a cheerful nature and a good sense of humour. I did not know Stephen in recent years but will remember him as a lovely man and know he will be sadly missed by many. I am sorry to hear of his death.
