TAUNTON youngster Ethan Edwards, seven, has been flown out to Spain to meet his idol - footballer David Backham.
Ethan, who suffers from a memory loss condition, Brittle Asthma and learning difficulties, watched a Real Madrid match with brothers Ryan and Ethan and his parents.
And they got the chance to chat for an hour with the former England captain.
The trip was arranged to Ethan by the Wish Upon a Star charity.
