THE friendly staff at Ruishton Primary School made sure it retained its Investors in People accreditation.
Head teacher Neil Dalton said the adviser told him it was unusual for a re-certification to go as smoothly as it had at Ruishton.
"I'm grateful to all the staff who were interviewed - and those who weren't - for making it such a friendly and welcoming place in which to work - despite all the rubbish' that descends on us from high and all the distractions from what teaching is all about," said Mr Dalton.
