TWO mums from Tiverton and Willand could be among the first to be named and shamed on the Fathers 4 Justice website according to the South-West co-ordinator.
Richard Adams, from Wivel-iscombe, said the idea was to name the women who expected to receive maintenance from fathers but refused them access.
He said: "We just want to ex-pose the Government's hypoc-risy. The family courts are so secretive on all proceedings to protect the identity of children but we think it should be more open.
"On one hand they want complete secrecy and on the other hand they want to name and shame absent parents who refuse to pay maintenance.
"We intend to expose mums that are just denying contact but still prepared to accept money."
