Simonsbath Festival to return in May
SIMONSBATH Festival returns in May with more music, talks, walks and much more.
The festival begins on May 4 with maypole dancing in Exford and features world music from Greece and Peru.
There will also be music from baritone Njabulo Madlala and harpist David Watkins plus talks and poetry.
Jenny Gibson leads a magical walk to the source of the Exe and there will be an art exhibition in Bovey’s tea room.
The festival ends with a Midsummer family and community concert on June 19 at Moorland Hall in Wheddon Cross.
