STAY at home this Easter and support local amenities - that's the message from West Somerset MP Ian Liddell-Grainger.
He is appealing to his constituents to stay in the district and visit local attractions rather than go elsewhere for that Easter break.
He told the County Gazette: "I will be at home in the constituency once Parliament goes into recess on Thursday.
"I will be spending time at home gardening and walking the dog, but my wife Jill and I always make a point of supporting local facilities rather than go off somewhere outside the constituency," he said.
"I hope everyone else will do the same.
"Dunster Castle is open again, there are excellent trips on West Somerset Railway, the moors and Levels have lots to offer, and the whole area is seething with great things to see and do."
