After a damp start to the day things are expected to brighten up, before a return to wet and wind weather, however keep an eye on the sky as sunshine is expected to break out over Somerset later this week.
There will be large amounts of cloud, especially across eastern parts of the county during this morning. Sunny spells will develop, however it will become breezy, and isolated showers are possible throughout. Maximum Temperature 20°C.
Tonight showers will become more frequent during the evening and it'll turn cloudy from the west. By dawn, some light and patchy rain will affect most places. Minimum Temperature 14°C.
Wednesday will be rather cloudy and feeling cool, with a freshening northwesterly breeze. Patchy rain will gradually ease through the morning, with some drier and brighter conditions developing late in the day. Maximum Temperature 19°C.
The outlook for Thursday to Saturday is for dry weather, feeling increasingly warm with light winds and some prolonged sunshine.
Some light rain possible early on Saturday, then dry with further warm sunny spells.
