A TRIO of West Somerset business hopefuls who are turning bog water into beer are to be featured on national television.
Real ale lover Jim Winzer, and his wife Elke, who run the Crosslanes House Hotel, Allerford, have joined forces with Exford farmer Lindley Williams to produce and market their new Dunkery Ale using water from a spring at nearby Downscombe Bog, the prime source of water for the Williams' Edgcott Farm for generations.
Now, TV presenter Gaby Roslin is to meet the trio, who have decided to make a fresh start and change their lives.
'Life Begins Again' will be aired on Friday, May 11 on Channel 4 starting at 12.30pm.
