A SERIES of drop-in sessions to explain the new smokefree legislation which comes in on July 1 are being held in the Taunton and Wellington area.
The law will ban smoking in all enclosed and substantially enclosed workplaces and public places.
The following dates and venues have been confirmed: *Wiveliscombe Community Centre, today (Thursday); *Corner House Hotel, Taunton, Monday, May 14; *Wellington United Reform Church Hall, Tuesday, May 15; *Western Power, Priorswood Industrial Estate, Taunton, Thursday, May 17; *North Curry Village Hall, Wednesday, May 30.
There is no need to book for the events between 10am and 4pm.
