FIREFIGHTERS were called to help the Coastguard after a person got stuck in the mud in Minehead.
Two fire engines from Minehead rushed to the Blue Anchor at 1.47pm today (December 21) to help the person.
When they arrived, crews confirmed that two people had been rescued from the mud by firefighters and the coastguard.
No further resources were required and duty of care was left with the coastguards on scene.
