POLICE were called to an incident in Taunton last night after a wheelie bin was allegedly thrown through a shop window.
Officers were called to Omah Shoes, St James' Street, at around 7.30pm last night.
The window of the shop, that is set to close down on January 27, has been boarded up.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We received a report that a wheelie bin had been thrown through the window of a shoe shop in Riverside Place at about 7.30pm last night.
"Police enquiries into the incident are continuing.
