THE Government has today (Thursday) released figures on larger companies' gender pay gaps - the difference between pay received by men and women.
We're collating the results for local firms and organisations.
There are two figures - the mean rate of pay, which is what is commonly referred to as average pay; and the meridian rate, which is the middle figure of all employees.
We'll be regularly updating this story with figures for more firms and organisations.
