POSITIVE, safe, supported and valued – these are some of the emotions that pupils at Cotford St Luke Primary School feel on a daily basis.

Everyone at the school is committed to life-long learning at the school, including staff and governors who continue to develop their knowledge and understanding of all areas of the school.

SUPPORT: Children during a class

Headteacher James Geen, who is soon to say a sad goodbye to the school, said: “Staff, children, parents and governors are all part of the team at our school, working closely together to ensure that each child achieves to the best of their ability. We work exceptionally hard to develop good relationships with our parents, guardians and carers.

“By creating a positive and supportive atmosphere within the school, the children feel safe and valued in all they do. This allows for each child to develop academically as well as socially, emotionally and physically.

“We aim to nurture confident children, proud of their achievements, who look back on their schooldays here as something special. We work hard to instil good manners and empower our children to achieve.”
