Crews called to overnight oven fire in Taunton
CREWS have rushed out to an overnight fire at a home in Taunton.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called to reports of an oven fire in Lynford Square shortly before 8.20pm yesterday (June 11).
Two fire engines from Taunton were sent to the scene.
On arrival, crews confirmed a small fire had occurred within an oven but was out by the time the fire service reached the incident.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
